My vehicle ecosport (Tn 11 w 6153) met with an accident on 1st june 2017 and after completing all formalities the vehicle was towed and bought to hans ford, chennai on 22nd june and the paper work along with insurance claim was done on 23rd june. The repair work started on 26th june and it took them more than 1 month to complete the work and the bill was taken on 30th july 2017. Once surveyor from insurance company wanted to re-inspect the replaced old parts, the service advisor from body shop: arun took more than 3 weeks for arranging the parts for re-inspection on 17th august and surveyor queried for the few parts are missing and service neglected and sent the final bill to the insurance company.
1. Around 20 old parts which are replaced with new are not shown for re-inspection to the surveyor.
2. The cost of those are around! 5000/- which i have to pay even if i had an full bumper to bumper insurance
3. Still the vehicle is having navigation system issues and its not fixed
4. The date for delivery of the vehicle is kept postponing
5. Re - arranging of old parts for re-inspection is not done.
The general manager from service & service manager are not responsive in anyway and are avoiding me at all times during showroom visits and also over the calls
Solution: make sure complete parts which are replaced are covered under insurance as said during the sale of vehicle
