Ford India — Huge noise from tyres and axle problem

Respected concern,
This is regarding the complaint against the ford figo dealership-bhagat ford ludhiana.

I have purchased a ford - figo aspire in january 2016, only 6 months back.
During the purchase i shared that there is a cabin noise which ford dealership inspected and said that there is no issues.

After that there has been two services done firstly at 10, 000kms and just last week at 20, 0000 kms. During the last two weeks the nose got more and was reported to ford which they said is absolutely ok and there is no noise. It was totally ignorance on the part of the ford mechanics.

Today i specially went and forced them to get the vehicle inspected infront of myself and saw that all the four tyres was damaged and there was also axle problem.


Today they finally accepted that there is a axle problem but the serious damage has been done to tyres. They have refused to replace the tyres and asked me to pay rs 8600 which is totally unfair as this is their mechanics fault of non diagnosing the problem even after repeated reminders.
