I left my vehicle for periodical service on 16-Mar-2016 at Rajshree Ford, Coimbatore (Mettuplayam Branch) and I was advised that my car is in excellent condition when I took back the vehicle.
But immediately on the next day, 17-Mar-2016 my cars torque totally drained and the Engine check warning lamp started to blink.
I took to nearby service - Rajshree Ford, Coimbatore (Thaneerpandhal Branch) and no rectification was done rather than deleting the error code from the ECM. Then I experienced the same problem with in next 15Kms.
Then I was advised to bring the vehicle to Rajshree Ford, Coimbatore (Mettuplayam Branch) on 18-Mar-2016. I took the vehicle immediately where I was said that the 2nd valve fuel injector has some problem and it has to be changed which costs Rs.16, 000 + Labour Charge.
I have done all the periodical services perfectly with the same branch - Rajshree Ford, Coimbatore (Mettuplayam Branch) on time and the vehicle has hit a very low mileage of 21, 000 Kms in 4 years.
When the vehicle was in an excellent condition on 16-Mar-2016. How could the injector get worn on the very next day that is on 17-Mar-2016?
I can’t afford such a huge cost immediately after the periodical service which cost me Rs.4, 420/- already.
Kindly advice me what is to be done as the problem raised only after the periodical service. Was this information helpful? |
