Forest Department Delhi / MCD Delhi — Trimming of tree

I am residing at flat number 194 Bhagyalaxmi Apartments Sector 9 Rohini Delhi 110085.
There is huge tree just opposite my balcony which is not only obstructing sunlight but also causing mosquito menace. Sunlight is very essential as all o[censored]s are vitamin D deficient.
You are requested to do requisite trimming of that tree.
