This complaint is in reference to patient admitted in room no. 307 - Mr. Satish Kumar Gupta admitted in the hospital Fortis Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi for fistula surgery on 22/04/2022.
Since the time of admission, the services have been miserable. Patient MR. Satish Kumar Gupta and his attendant Gautam Gupta has to make numerous calls for assistance like washroom, dressing, medicine, etc. but nurses/GDA/helping staff take as long as 10 mins to 40 mins for getting their query resolved/assistance.
The nursing staff and GDA on the whole are not cooperative and rude in their attitude except 2/3 staff who were helpful and considerate.
The care and attention is unsatisfactory and delayed to beyond acceptable time frames.
Such unprofessional attitude is not expected from private hospitals like Fortis.
The staff has the audacity to ask for excess deposits and charges before even delivering the services/assistance but at the time of delivering the service and attending patient, they shamelessly accuse the patient and attendant for repeatedly asking for assistance.
Such nuisance by the staff is really unacceptable and deserves harsh action from the authorities.
I would like your immediate and just enquiry into such matter and take correct and just action at the earliest.
