Fortis hospitals kalyan west are giving appointments to patients in excess and telling everyone to reach at the same time, which causes congestion and violation of covid protocol. Moreover before checking the patient fees are taken so that the patient does not leave at any coct. This is not good for the reputation of the hospital as well as for the patients. It reflects a careless attitude of hospital that is more bend on earning money rather than the comfort and care of patients.
