I have been in relation with fortis from last 10 years.
Yesterday on July 15th, I came with my daughter for admission for stuture on her chin. We opt for single occupancy on 5th Floor, Room No
4505.
I want to say this time Nursing staff is worst experience especially the day time staff Name SUNITA is very aggressive, unpolite. Whenever we are asking her, she responds in very bad manner.
Being a NRI and log time clientèle with FORTIS, we don't want to get embarrassed by nursing staff. She is so adamant that she is saying complaint to whoever you want.
Nursing staff are face of hospital, they should be polite.
People like her are bad name to brand Fortis.
She should be immediately recommend for anger management.
