Hi, I was told about the scheme of advance booking and told that if you have insurance, plz claim it separately... But never told that this hospital is not covered under GIPSA ...so trusting the fortis people that they must be giving correct and complete information i enrolled for the scheme...on 30 sep 2015 Later on got to know that there is a huge difference in the package with GIPSA, package is coming out to be 60K for single room in Max Hospital, however in fortis la femme they gave estimate of 1.7 lac for single room. When I told this issue, the client relationship person said we are not covered under GIPSA and were not able to justify why this information was not shared earlier. I cancelled my booking on 10 October 2015 (today) and they deducted 30% from my booking amount. Why I have to pay for their mistakes and also have to take the pain of changing doctor and hospital at the last trimester of my pregnancy. Uid no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
