Too much delay and poor response from delivery boy and reporting manager (Tirupathi branch).
Regarding AWB No. [protected], it's out for delivery on 24dec itself. Based on our urgency we called to delivery boy for 1 or 2 calls his reply was "I am in the way to delivery your courier only". Later no response from his side. Again when I try to let's know about this to his manager his reply was very careless. "You can wait until we deliver to you"
Same story going on 3 days finally courier has been deliver to us on 27dec by the time it got useless to us.
"VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND NOT AT ALL SUGGESTED"
