Pros

If you survive here, which is almost impossible. you can anywhere in any condition.

Cons

1.They don't provide you payslips
2. No appointment letter, offer letter is also in not acceptable format
3. No 1 month notice is given, they can sack you any time
4. Whether its Manager, executive, MT or senior manager, everyone has to do same field work only pay varies
5. The day you put your papers, you may get relieved on same. So take salary first, don't expect full & final settlement. No F&F (full and final settlement) even after 4 months and they are not replying to my call/emails

FRANCHISE INDIA IS A FRAUD COMPANY- don't fall in trap.

This is a fraud company.

I was duped of rs.25000/-

I paid amount rs.25000/- to franchise india on 19/01/2018 for the franchise of educational organisation.

I have been paid money to franchise India Kolkata office. Manager Smriti Saha took 4.3 lakh from me regarding provide Sanjivani medicine pharmacy Franchaisi. It’s already 3 months but not getting anything, even now they are not pick it up phone. This office are ford, so I request to you take action against them
