Fraudulent Behavior Of Mr. Rajkumar[protected]. — Money taken by Mr. Rajkumar - [protected] and not responding since yesterday afternoon

Mr. Rajkumar was following up for Excitel broadband connection and i had asked thim to meet my Son (as am old person) on 2nd Dec (Saturday) to explain him the features. Instead he seems to have told my son that he had come to take the money (as i was talking to him since about a week or so) and my son believing him had paid him around Rs.2650/- approx. on phonepe (on his number, some name Kiran had popped up itseems) for connection of 3 month period. Seems Mr. Rajkumar had told that he will get the installation done soon but when i called him on 3rd Dec, he kept on saying that it will take time as manpower is not there. As internet is a must in our house owing to work from home mode of employment, we had to once again move back to Jio Fibre and informed Mr. Rajkumar to cancel the order and pay back the money to which he replied "ok" but didn't pay back. Since afternoon 12 noon of 3rd Dec i have been calling him but he is not picking my call. He is seeing the Whatsapp messges but not responding. Very bad behavior of this executive damaging the image of the company. Kindly look into and help in getting the money back. In anticipation of favourable action, i remain sir.
