[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Unauthorized use of my email to open an account for someone else

An account was made using my email address by someone else (under the name 'Amazing'). I emailed [protected]@freecharge.com requesting the account be closed, and they said the process to close was initiated but could only complete if a number of checks were met, e.g. emptying the wallet balance and removing all saved cards. I don't have any way of accomplishing or confirming these checks because it's not actually my account, just someone fraudulently using my email.
