I have loaded my account with 250 rupees uisng my rupay card. Amount has been debited from my account. But not added in the wallet. I wrote many emails to customer care but no response till now.

They need to pay 250 plus 50 cash back to my wallet. My registered email id is gpmanikandan1990@live.com.

Very worst customer service by free charge. Need to have customer care number.

Ticket numbers are # 377315, #365241.

Kindly provide the solution soon....

I require my 500rs return..

Freecharge security system is thord class, they suspend my account time to timw, thats why m unable to recharge my account or use any services of thia website, i face problem due to this, thats i uses paytm that is thousand times better than this company, freecharge dont have any customer care number or supprt. I Have added a sum of RS 700 in my freecharge wallet..but the same has not been credited in my freecharge wallet ...but yes it has been debited from my bank account...they said that they have send me an auto refund of rs 700 on 22/11/16..which i think they are making fool to us..and asking me to wait for 2-3 days more...
The transaction was done from my part was on 21 nov, 16....

I recharge my mobile (AIRCEL) with Rs.32 on 29th nov-2016, which provides 120000 seconds from 11pm to 6am. My money Rs 32 has deducted from my bank account but mobile not recharged yet. pls help as soon as possible. customer care says to wait for 7 days but after what will heppen they dont know.
last time I called after 7 days regarding other complain, that time they said that you have to complain within 7 days, after 7 days we dont consider the complains, now what to do I dont know..pls help....

I have been Transferd 1000/- from Debit card to Freecharges account dt. 10.11.16 but transaction was failed and amount has been debited from my Axis Bank Account but not showing in Freecharge Account.

I continuously sending complaint to Freecharge to refund of Rs. 1000/- 'now 20 days passed still i m not getting refund in my bank account.

Freecharge only confirmed the transaction failed by mail but still not given the refund amount....

Hi,

On 20th nov I was adding 2000 rs to my freecharge wallet. While doing this transaction I got an error as Sorry unable to process request, while the money was deducted from my bank account.
I also spoke to my bank and as per them transaction is successful at their end. BUT freecharge is claiming that they didnt receive it. Its already been a week no proper solution.
I want my money back....

I had booked a ticket through freecharge (rs.567) on nov-13-2016 but it got cancelled at the same time the amount had been debited from my account and i got text where you will be refunding it within 7-10 days but till now i have not received any amount from your end. so i request you to resolve this issue as early.

I have recharged my number via freecharge money was deducted but balance not received freecharge do not have any customer care number they are continuously making false assurance trough their email...firstly they told recharge will be done within 2 hours then 24 hours then 1-2 days... i have already talked to operator they told me no recharge was done.

Freecharge is bogus and false website/app to make recharge kindly do not recharge through them...

I have done recharge on wrong mobile number 8450920986 instead of mobile number 8450920896 for Rs.220/-.

Requested freecharge team to refund my amount or recharge on this mobile number 8450920896.. Still not received correct response from freecharge...
Issue have not yet resolved.

Freecharge.in — Fraud call : 9849712213 referring as freecharge official

After lodging complaint to care@freecharge.in, I got a mail from bankingfunds@gmail.com with subject Official Response from freecharge and then I got a call from 9849712213 stating that he is calling from freecharge and informed that payment made to BSNL will be refunded and asked to login www.bankingfacility.co.in. Then I got suspicious and enquired why his domain is not freecharge. After that, I told him that I will complain to police and disconnected my call

Please look into it...

I booked an air ticket via goibibo on 18th November, 2016 and made the payment through Freecharge. The amount has been deducted from my account but the ticket has not been confirmed. nor the amount has been refunded. I have already mailed 4 times to freecharge regarding the issue but the issue has not been resolved as yet. i have tried to reach freecharge many times via phone too but no one answers the call. please help in resolving the issue.

I had paid electricity bill (Msedc) of amount 6180 on 14/11/2016 unfortunately recharge was not successful. I got a mail from freecharge saying it will be refunded with 5-7 days. After a week followup i got a mail saying that they haven't received any amount and talk to my credit card company.
