Freelancer.com — Unauthorised payment deduction from mhy credit card | |||||
I have registered as a free member for Freelancer in Oct-16. They have asked to link Paypal account. on 6th November Freelancer deducted Rs. 2276/- from my ICICI credit card without my concern. I have never requested for membership upgrade. This site is misused my bank a/c details and made a cheating. Please help to get my payment refund. Sajitha Was this information helpful? | |||||

Never give your account details or link to paypal account if you intend to not pay for the services (on any site). Its a common procedure to mislead the users to go for their free services. There are often a clause in their terms and conditions page (which we often tend to ignore) that they have the right to change / modify any clause without informing the user.
