Freshmenu — the money has been deducted without order confirmation | |||||
On 15.05.18 I ordered on Freshmenu through TEZ app, the money got deducted but they did not confirm the order. After repetitive attempt of getting in touch with them, they dropped a mail saying the money will be deposited back in my bank within 24-48 hours. It has been 8 days after that, and I have not received any refund. Now when I asked them about the status they told me that I should contact my bank for this. But it has been deposited already to their bank, and I have a proof of it but they still disagreeing saying they have not received it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
