FRRO — process, documents and service

I've been in the frro office two times, and i'm okay with it, but having to be here because the guy who took my documents wants more documents, it's just stupid. I live in chennai, which is very far from here and i asked for a day off in my office to come here, and now it is totally worthless because of the terrible service, attitude of the person who reviews the document. The process is to slow and stupid, to far for the people who lives in near the city. Also you miss placed my documents the first time, so now i have to pay for your the horrible, awful attitude of the guy. Terrible service, worst experience since i came to india.
