[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — Need to close personal loan

I had personal loan with Fullerton india vide ac no [protected] I paid 4.5 lakhs on 2.6 lakh loan amount . Account statements is with me . I had also paid 20 thousand on settlement still it is showing 9300 balance . I had also emailed at [protected]@fullertonindia.com regarding this in year 2018. But my issue was not resolved.
