[Resolved]  Fullerton India — Undue and Unnecessary charges for NOC

Hi, Am Pardeep Khuttan, My Loan Act No is [protected] & Customer ID 3476350, I got a hero honda bike financed by fullerton, and they took my cheques against installment. Very first time they called me and said chq not cleared as signature mismatch, I showed them all banks dox and also told pls visit bank with me and confirm, there is no difference in my signatures . But fullerton team forced me to pay cash and they also said pay cash regularly and they will not present the cheques in future. I started paying cash and what I see now that after getting cash payment also they were submitting cheque for clearing. anyhow after few months same cheques started clearing and no signature issues... Dont you think its magical? Finally as all installments have been paid that too regular without failure, I have recvd a letter stating I need to pay Rs.. 4000/- against penalty charges to get NOC. pls make a note am not at fault, I paid cash in advance and then again they got cheques cleared for 18 months, I will not pay a single penny. as a customer i have not done anything wrong, just followed what Fullerton team suggested. it is requested to close this and help me issue my NOC. regards, Pardeep Khuttan
