Yesterday 20/9/21 me and my wife come to see movie on fun mall at coimbatore, for evening 6.50 show. I thing we are the last one to buy the ticket at 7 to 7.10,
I has for 60.12 rupees ticket but he told that there is no 60 rupees ticket are available only 152 rupees ticket is there. Then i'm told ok give that no problem and I give money 304 rupees for 2 tickets.
He told me to select to set, we did it on A6, A8.

I have taken some eatables with me but on the gate they have not allowed for food according to cinema act 1955 customer can take eatables with him or her into multiplex. Kindly take proper action against them. They r not allowing for taking foods bcoz they are taking high price for their food which is illegal. How can multiplex break the rules. I have booked 2 tickets through cinepolis app for batla house movie on 24 Aug 2019 at audi 4 at 4.10. the 2nd half of the movie was not played due to technical problem. The manager of cinemas promised us to refund the amount.
He said it will credit back to your account within 7 days. But I have not received any fund yet.

Today i went to watch the movie the lion king (9 a. M. Show) on 12 september 2019 in dd mall fun cinema gwalior, madhya pradesh.
I bought 6 tickets and the ticket counter personnel added two combo with the ticket. I said i didn't want the combo but they said it is with the tickets. Then i asked is it compulsory, they said yes, and i had to pay for the combo with the tickets.

At the ticket counter imaginary amount of money price was charged. For gold its just 100 rs as per online prices per seat but the ticket provider at ticket window demanded 350 per seat for the same seat.
And some highly unacceptable things happening by the lower and higher staff of fun cinema as in the helping staffs and the manager who's name is mr vimal (Senior manager). The staff on the lift heading upwards fun cinema hall no.1,...

I was issued ticket and also money 199 collected.

Later said i consumed alcohol.

I asked to refund my money.

If you check, why do you check after taking money.

Manager muneeswaran talked rough and refused to refund money.

Fun cinemas Dd mall gwalior they are forcefully giving rs150 food coupon when we buy tickets from counter and none action were taken by staff and the manager and the excuse was given that our food department sell is going down thats why we r giving this nd its compuslory to buy.And the reason which was given is their sell is going down thats why they have to do this...

I had gone along with my family to watch Bharat at your Fun Cinema outlet(Lakhimpur Kheri) . The experience was pathetic as the A/C was not working. Fun cinemas, manimajra - i went for godzilla2 today and bought 1 large popcorn during interval. Its cost was 210
But the person charged 240 from my card.in hurry i didn't checked the amount during making transaction. I noticed it afterwards after returning home. This seems to be new way of looting people at such times.
Please assist and lodge this complaint....

I booked tickets for 2:25 p. M. Show on 1st june'19 for alladin. Temperature of audi 2 was very low and it wasn't cooling at all. I guess the standard of quality & customer statisfaction has gone too low of fun cinemas. I complaint about the issue to mr. Ajay (Manager) several times but issue wasn't resolved. Fun cinemas screwed my time & money both....

Just had gone to watch pokémon detective at kstar mall chembur fun cinemas. Movie time 1750 hence before movie had ordered nachos combo. The guy who had taken my order was akshay payment invoice no was 40112. Hence after the payment was done akshay was fighting with his colleague and left the counter. For ten minutes i waited as i had the bill in my hand i informed the other staff. Hence akshay was called and he denied...

Around 10 to 12 people were watching avengers endgame on 8th of may show timing of 9.45pm in fun cinema dd mall gwalior.

Suddenly near to the climax movie stopped and ac system was also stopped. On complaining to the attenders they told that we have to wait for 10 minutes. Their 10 minutes.

They provided very bad services as per they charge for the money....

Hi, i watched avengers at this horrible cinema in central mumbai on 2nd may in the most prominent mall - kstar mall, chembur. The cinema people refused to turn on the ac well into 45 mins of the movie. They simply said that it was on and i should go back to my seat. It was pathetic, i bought two premium seats for my daughter, we were sweating for this movie. I had to leave the hall 5 times.
