[Resolved]  Furniture Mart India — Product NOT delivered for almost 2 months

Hello, I had ordered a sofa cum bed almost 2 months ago. I was told the product will be delivered in 7 to 9 days. It is close to 2 months and I have still not received the product. These guys are not bothered to even inform about the delay. I have been following up and every time they say it will be delivered in a weeks time. Finally on 25th June they got back saying the product has been dispatched and shared the courier company/docket number... today is 10th July and I have still not received the product.I am attaching the mail exchange with Furnituremarte India on the same. I would NOT recommend anyone to order any product from these guys. They are absolutely non consumer friendly. I don't even know if they will deliver and will deliver the right product.
