I had ordered soft sofa com bed sunrise fabric
I was told it will be delivered in 4 days, I made full payment in advance.now its more than 15 days I'm calling continuously and no one is responding to calls and when they pickup different person answers and different lies every time.first they said it has reached my city and will be delivered and then they said it has come back coz it was damaged in transit and they have dispatched a new piece.now they gave me fake courier details to track my shipment and i checked that no such shipment has been booked with the courier company.totally unprofessional infact cheaters and should be sued for all the mental stress and agony.now i am stuck my 20000/- is blocked with no clue of if and when my product will reach and in what condition..just at a loss what to say and do Was this information helpful? |
