[Resolved] Future Capital — foreclosure charges on home loan and harassment | |||
My home loans 387370 and 387371 has been moved from CitiFinancial to this company due to take over about 2 years back I contacted your team then and was flatly refused for better interest rates ( I was ready to pay BT charges if any at that time) I was called twice for feedback from your company within these 2 years, I placed the same request, I was told I will be contacted but I wasn’t called back ( no surprise actually as they had nothing to offer) Starting end of December’13 I have been following up with your team for • Foreclosure letter • List of documents • Sanction letter As I have finally managed to get a BT from a better bank ( any bank is a better bank actually) and get rid of this loan To start with I was told by your customer service team that there will be a foreclosure charges when I asked this is not permissible they asked me to prove it they genuinely said this Then I sent this mail which is still unanswered as you see I called your customer service today and I had a interesting conversation with them : 1. The rep Pravin Kumar ( hope he hasn’t changed names to protect identity ) said I was given wrong information on the 2 occasions I called. My 15 days SLA to get the letters starts on 10th and not 2nd Jan when I called them first due to some internal top secret and irreversible policy 2. When I asked for his supervisor to check if it can be done faster, his supervisor Prafful Fathak ( could be a fake name) is out for lunch for indefinite time and so are all the other supervisors on the floor . I will love to visit your café to see what lures the supervisors off work at peak call time 3. Then I asked for a manager ( a man should not leave hope … so was thought in school), Hardik Panchal the supposed manager is always in meets … surely making up more internal top secret and irreversible policies I don’t want to change your brilliant customer service both on phone, email and feedback calls, I just want OUT Just send me these documents and let me close the loan Was this information helpful? | |||
