With regards to your above email that i, ankur tollawala, was treated on opd basis on[protected], i feel that there has been some wrong & misleading information with your office, as i had not visited hospital for any treatment on[protected]. I would further like to state that i had not given any statement stating that domestic accident happened on 01/10/2015. Company required clafification letter i give them it one time physical and three time by email but company cant process my claim and always answer we are not satisfied with your clarification nw i dnt know how to deal with them. Sub: Policy No K0250802 – Rejection of Claim no CV682948
I am sending this letter as a formal complaint about the settlement you made for my claim no Cv668294 DATED 03/07/2016
Background -I have taken a Car Insurance Policy on Dt…………… vide Policy no K0250802 for my car model Maruti Alto; Registration no DL7CT4730. This is the 2nd year in a row I am continuing insurance with your esteemed company.
I met with an accident on dated 29/6/2016 in whichcar was severely damaged.
Post the above incident I gave my car for servicing at Motorcraft India Pvt. Ltd and filed the insurance claim on date……….. . I got the claim rejection letter no………. on 8/8/2016 stating that “As per RTO no record with mentioned details exits”.
I am very disappointed and shocked with the reason given as I am holding the driving license since 2007 and being checked at various occasion by the Department of Traffic Police.On the above rejection I went to the issuing authority to certify the authenticity of my license which they ratify on the original copy of my license [attached for reference].
Also, I had made a claim in recent past for the same car model/no from your company and during the whole process nobody raised any objection on the authenticity of my driving license and the whole claim was approved.Having said that I do not find any appropriate ground on the rejection and also not satisfactory as ratified copy of license is attached.
I am available to answer any query regarding the document submitted and trying to connect with you for last several days but not getting any response. Infact I am available in person to visit the issuing authority to validate the authenticity of my license.
I believe I am therefore covered by the terms of this policy, and expect you to reimburse thesum as detailed in my original claim within 7 daysas its pending for last 1 month
