I got i call from [protected], and said that your rewards points of sbi credit cards are expired but we will readem it. He was knowing my all details and he confirmed an otp from me. After that i got a message that 7873 has deducted from your credit card from immediately i made my card block and requested to sbi credit card customer care to help us. They were saying like they are help less. Even i had word with fybay.com owner gautam to refund my amount in my card. Hi, I am SBI fbb card holder. I got a call from [protected], Monica Desai, Branch code- 4079 on 18Jul2016 and said that your rewards points of sbi credit cards are expired but we will readem it. I had questioned her how much i have to pay, she said u wont have to pay anything, she is misguided me, she was knowing my all details and she confirmed an otp from me. After that i got a message that 8379 has deducted from your credit card from immediately.
After investigation come to know its an fraud, i had stop the gift dispatch from dispatched dept.
Please help or suggest what action should i take to cancel the transaction and refund my amount to account.
