Fybay.com — phishing:suspicious call and transaction on my credit card

Dear team,
I Trupti holding Axis Bank credit card#*. Received a suspicious call today i. E., 11/09/2019.
The callers have addressed themselves as axis bank employees and detailed me about my redemption points on my axis card and started he conversation.
Redirected me to the ivr process to enter the cvv and later the otp for the transaction for the redemption process. I was convinced with the information what they have.
Could you please help me if this is a fraudulent transaction.

Also my personal credit card information is not secured with axis Now, i believe the sensitive information is open to the fake Callers.This seems to be a security concern with the Axis, cards Axis servers. I have blocked the card.
