[Resolved]  Iocl, Indane Gas Service — LPG CONNECTION TRANSFER

Dear sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern regarding LPG connection transfer.I requested to transfer my LPG connection from MAHI INDANE GRAMIN VITRAK, Muzaffarpur BIHAR consumer no-256 ,to K S B Enterprises new delhi.I submitted all required document for the same.
The details of document is-

DATE - 03/05/2012
OIL COMPANY- IOC
After submitting all documents not received my LPG cylinder from K S B Enterprises.
I have all ready complained 3 times to the customer care of IOC here is the complaint no - 786819 date[protected] my second complaint no is 794142 date[protected] and the 3rd complaint no is 801304 and the response still awaited.

I am a senior citizen and extremely disappointed by the services of IOCL.

Kindly provide me the solution for the same
