gate scholarship — I did not get stipend

This is Ankit Ashish. I applied for Mtech in CSE in North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh. My attendance is approved from head finance and other department. Amount is credited on 2 Feb 2021 but I didn't get stipend in my account. Kindly release my stipend. I am getting very difficulty due to financial issues.
