Gati Cargo Movers — Luggage was damaged and Not delivered

I booked Gati Cargo Movers to shift my household items from Delhi to Kolkata on 26th October 2020. As per commitment they had to deliver on 2nd November 2020.

There is only one pint of contact Mukesh Kumar (Fraud) ( [protected] ) who was not picking call. They sent our items with another third party deliverer. They took a month to deliver our household items and stopped receiving our calls. There was no transparency in communication. Always, we were victimized with false information.
Very Unprofessional behavior by them, few of the luggages were damaged, few not delivered at all, staff members were not polite.
I had terrible time worrying about my household items. They are using GATI KWE Brand name to make Fraud. Every time we were forced to pay extra money as tip to the delivery boys.
Overall very unsatisfied with the services. Most fraudsters logistics and poor Material Handling.
