[Resolved] Gati — fraud by gati staff | |||
I had purchased xiaomi smart amazfit from gearbest.com in the month of august and it was sent via tracking order no[protected] through gati. After a month i was told that the pin code in the address is wrong and it went to aizwal instead of imphal, though the gearbest staff told they send to the correct address. After tracking down the gati staff in aizwal he told he has connected the item via indian post on 23rd oct 2017 after the item was lying with him for more than a month but still now i have not received the item still moreover now his number is turned off. I think some kind of fraud is going on against me by gearbest and gati courier. I have repeatedly complained regarding the matter to gati but still they are unable to solve it I have attached the screenshot of the sms send by gati aizwal staff Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 18, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved after 3 months gati has finally sent the courier from Aizwal and I have received my parcel.
