Actually i want to shift from bengaluru to godavarikhani (Telangana-505209). I already contacted gati movers and packers rahul - ([protected]) he said from bengaluru to godavari khani it will be 16000rs i agreed to that and on 20/9/2020 sunday around 10:00 am four people came to my home at benson town in bengaluru, so they have packed all my household 17 items and also they have given the bill as well and asked 12000 amount to be paid and remaining amount when the packers delivered. So i have given the amount 12000 by cash and which is also written on bill available. When they left from my home after reaching to godown /warehouse they sent another bill in whatsapp 23000 etc, then i called to rahul booking person and argued why you are doing like this we already had a word with 16000 now you are asking more money. He informed if you dont give the money the packers will not be delivered to destination, i am worried and agreed to pay 19000, and also informed to pay all at once so i google payed remaining amount 7000 total is 19000 which includes loading unloading packing etc... They told that it will deliver on 22/09/2020. Some guy called on 23/09/2020 we are coming to deliver your packers please be available in godavarikhani address. They came to deliver the packers that driver is asking who will give unloading charges i told your boss. Then i called to rahul booking guy he informed to pay unloading charges 500, i agreed for 200 done, now here my problems comes they are items missing in my packers home theatre-3500, polycab fan-1700, sphere hot mixer grinder, all remotes mat and 20 litre water bottle and my whirlpool refrigeratoir got dented in packing, i asked rahul where are my items which are missing worth rs 10k, he is not responding to call after sometime, i called in the evening no response, when i got another no sandeep head person[protected]. He informed we will check the items in warehouse within 3 days and update, i am keeping tryiung both the numbers no response mental harrasment etc happend to me. On friday again called sandeep he iasking me to wait for another 2 days for checking in other warehouse. I given twodays, yesterday ie 28/09/2020 i called again no reponse for sometime. Please settle the missing items amount worth rs 10k or send me my items back. He is asking me to call evening no response he told that he will give 1900 to you as a settlement, i told my all items cost is 10k you have to give that amount he transfereed 1900 google pay. I am asking to pay more but he is not listening if you want you can go to police station no problem etc. Now i searched there are two websites of this packers

Firstly its there responsibility to give my missing items secondly its is like mentasl harrasment

Now they have given only 1900 after all calling toi them requesting etc

Please take neccessary action among them
