I ordered 2 items order No #230127 on 15 Nov 2022, it was showing maximum 45 working days to deliver and almost 109 day completed I didn't receive the item till now. I request you to please consider this complaint.. Being a customer, I lost my money and hasn’t received my item. There is no online update for the order other than order confirmed. I want my refund and compensation for the time I invested in this and I also want to make sure...

There is no refund amount done after disconnection. They have taken a security deposit of 1200 and there is no refund processed since Aug 2022. I'm continuously following since Aug on mails and with customer care but there is not update with any one...
