I am facing no internet issue from today morning 2nd may-2020. So i tried to call "gateway broadband internet services" which provides gazon service at kothrud location. Many times i tried to connect calls but unable to connect call to them.
So i tried to raise complaint on gazon website. Here i am unable to raise new ticket because already my one ticked is in pending state which i raised on 22nd may 2020 regarding internet speed issue. Pathetic. You are unable to resolve issues after raising ticket for more than 10 days?
I started my connection from 14th may 2020 and then after i raised 2 tickets regarding gazon internet. This means within 15 days i faced issues. Is this service you offering to customer once customer is already paid full amount? (Ticket id - #69449)
This no internet connection i am frequently getting many times in a week which affects my work from home.
I have already paid 3 months 50mbps speed plan. Still i am unable to get full speed. (Ticket id - #70128) this ticket is still pending. Due to this ticket if i am getting some other issue regarding internet then i cant raise new ticket? Is it correct way to handle customer?
Please take action on this asap.
