I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with GBPS Network's utterly unacceptable service. Despite numerous attempts over the past three months, we have received no response, no refund of our Rs. 2000 security deposit for Wi-Fi installation, and GBPS Network's equipment still remains on our premises. This situation is outrageous, and we demand immediate action: refund our security deposit, schedule the retrieval of your equipment, and provide a clear plan of action to rectify these issues. Failure to do so will force us to escalate this matter through legal channels and regulatory authorities, as GBPS Network's complete disregard for its customers cannot be tolerated any longer.
