Dear Sir,
I had purchased Honda Eterno bike from Sai Point, Honda dealer situated @ Panch Pakhadi, Thane- West in the year 2004. This bike were purchased on loan given by GE Countrywide Finance Co.Ltd., Mahim. The loan was cleard by me within stipulated time but I am not given Loan Clearance Certificate/ NOC from your end. In the lack of these socuments I am unable to reregister my vehicle after its previous registration is over in the year 2019. Please firnish me with the same and oblige.
