Flush Plates to be Serviced...

The water was flowing continuosly . I had called the customer care and a technician arrivers . While removing the outer cover some parts have been broken and the screws had been rusted . The screws were anticorrosion yet it was rusted The technician put new screws and I have paid 160 rupees for the screws . Since it comes under warranty I want you to replace the outer cover since it's broken now . I am uploading the broken part and the screws...

Concealed tank leaking...

Inside the geberit tank the green colour part has been broken...

In geberit concealed tank water is overflowing and not working properly. I have purchased this in 2015. Kindly send technician for repairing....

We have bought the geberit Cistern 9 sets in which 1 cistern plate was found broken when open, request for replacement....

Flush tank not working constant water flow leakage. Called customer care number 20 times continuous hold until eventually disconnects...

Flash tank not working so change internal parts of tank...

There is continuous leak of water from flush tank to closet....

The toilet flush is not working properly, at first the water did not stop flowing and it dropped continuously, we called a local plumber but it still wasn’t fixed properly and there was no change, the water still kept flowing so we decided to let it be but after a few days the water stopped completely and the flush is not working at all. please help as soon as possible...
