Very poor service network of gebrit .I had made complaint on 23/05/16 which was not registered by the customer care, than again i made a complaint on 24/05/16 this time i got a complaint number gein0081844 and got assurance that technician will visit tomorrow but till now no one has visited.The service network of gebrit is very very poor.I will not recommend anyone to use there products....

I was told that my problem would be taken care of within 3 days.
i have called at your toll free number for 8-9 times, and they are not at all customer friendly. i dont receive any the answer from your technician, toll free no is out of service now.

Today 8 days has passed and no service has been received till date by geberit bathroom accessory company, complaint number gein00076183. Service person has denied to attend the service ( mr akash [protected]) kindly take some action as soon as possible. As how can a service person denied to provide the services. And how much water has been wasted by this kind of intolerable services. How many times a consumer has to call on customer care number...

That my Generit concield tank has got leaked so I now I can't use that so i am looking for an company service please provide me faster...

We registered our complaint for repair of Geberit concealed flushing system on 2nd Nov 2015 and the complaint no 58257 was given on toll free service no. But despite assurance no help was extended by Geberit. Every call was greeted with usual words "we are sorry for inconvenience" but nothing was done to resolve the complaint.

Again. on 9th Nov 2015, we reminded on helpline for delay in service. To our surprise they...

I had purchased a geberit tank from a dealer in bangalore in the month of may 2014
it was installed but the flushing system is not working properly as water does not stops after flushing, have made numerous calls to rectify the mistake but nothing has been done till date.

It has been 11 days since i have booked the complaint but after my repeated call nothing has been done till now....
