I Yogesh Harkawat purchase Pest Repellant which I purchased through the www.smashingcommerce.com website is not at all worthy and is making sound which is unpleasant. I have contacted them for return but they are neither processing the return nor replacement. Instead they are trying to convince me to use that product for 60 days and see the result. But the sound produced from it is not at all pleasant. So I can't use it. So, I would like to give a complaint on smashing commerce website... it;s a very bad product this co. cheat me kindly help me regarding return my money. no response from party ...

Fake order refund my money as soon as possible

Geek Retail Private Limited:-- I am ready to take both but what about the REFOLLIUM HAIR HEALTH SUPPORT, doesn't have any TABLET in that box except shampoo jar and manual.
Send me both product with TABLETS. and collect amount of DHT blocker cost Rs 1270, the REFOLLIUM HAIR HEALTH SUPPORT cost as been already paid. if you send me both product with TABLETS. And COD should be Rs 1270, which is for DHT blocker cost, as you have cheated me sending empty box with shampoo and collected Rs 1880 on 16th AUG 2017, inform the person who is getting the product to wait till i open the box to confirm tablets are there in it in both boxes.

I have ordered Reffolium hair health support @1880. Immediately after i received my parcel the company send me email as well as a text message that the product u have ordered is useless until you add one more product namely DHT blocker of our company which worth @1270.
So at that point i believe that the geek retail private ltd is fraud and make people fool everyday and i decided not to open the box of refollium hair health care. I want to return it and want a refund please help me what can i do.

Damaged product and unpacked inside the packing with leakage inside the cover and no contact number on the bill nor on the website anywhere. Felt like it a fake and fraud.

I have place an order for pro polish i have received the package in good condition form outside i have found a small container little bit of liquid the there is no seal for the container nothing...

This Geek Retail has charged me Twice.480.

Yesterday I have received through courrier Super ceramic Car Coating bottle .After paying to courrier person Rs 480 /- I have opened the packing .I found bottle content is leaked inside the box and little material is left at the bottom.i have launched complaint on their facebook post .They replied me to send the invoice details, product details, traces of leaked material on box to their emailadress [protected]@propolish.in and cc to [protected]@propolish.in
also they told me that their team will contact within 24 hrs and will resend the product.
Accordingly I have mailed them on yesterday only at @ 06.20pm along with photographs
Since there no communication from them and i tried to call them on contact numbers given [protected], [protected] and [protected] .These all are not responding and giving message ...number is switched off or either out of range .
Then after i searched and found that they are fake and cheater
