[Resolved]  Gelato Vinto — Firstly not given bill and later given fake bill. No action taken by company

I visited Gelato Vinto at MBD Mall Jalandhar. I purchased one scoop of blackforest ice cream with cone for Rs.130/-. Firstly sales person not given proper one scoop of ice cream and when i asked him to give it properly he replied we only give this much. And after paying for it he not generated the bill. I asked the for bill again 2 times than he generated it and give it to me. But the bill do not have proper Date and it was of alphonso mango instead of black forest. Than i phoned on phone no. mentioned over there (i[censored] don't get the bill than please call here and your order will be given free). I told the whole matter to that person and he talked to his sales man. After that the person whom i phoned said i will call you shortly. I phoned him again after some time and told him that Bill not having Date. But he was not interested in listening. My motive of writing this here is not to have free ice cream but to show how such a big company, their franchise owner and sales man cheating customers and government also by not paying them VAT.
