Hi Sir, I Mr. Amar Dattatray Kerlekar residing at Peth Vadgaon, Taluka-Hatkanangale, District- Kolhapur (Maharashtra) I have worked as a Network engineer for the period of 2.4 years from 8/11/2010 to 30/03/2013, in Gemini Communication Ltd : Branch- Gopala Residency, office no 103, Plot no 27, Sector 24, Near Rex Plaza Hotel, Modern Guest House, Sanpada west – Vashi, New Mumbai – 400703. As per the company rules they were deducting the provident fund from the salary of Rs. 780+ 780/- (EE+ ER) per month. But the provident fund account is not updated and the further procedure has not been completed from the company since I have resigned. This issue has been discussed with the company HR team and continuously taking follow since two years, but I have not got any proper response or feedback from the company.
