General Post Office — Mail delivered to my home.

To whom it my concern, I have lived at 9216 Carousel Lane Houston, TX. 77080 for 16 years and I have been to the post office that is one street away on Emnora. I don"t get my mail or I get someone else mail for 16 years I have even went to the city & went around with them & got my address changed. because a lot of homes here have the same address the only thing that was different was one would have ( A) & the other had (B) I have even had the city come out & turn my water, gas& elec. off because the other people didn"t pay there bill that didn"t . That's another reason for address change!! I DON"T GET MY UTILITY BILLS IN i have to call the utility company's to get my bills BECAUSE MY MAIL GOES SOMEWHERE ELSE!! and I am not the only person that is not getting there mail 9225 & 9235 9218 are a few that get someones else mail. I have even had a postal carrier to tell me I could put in the mail box faster then they could!!! I do not get paid to do that & it is a federal affenct my neighbor threaten to whip my for putting mail in their box!! we even got medicine in our mail box that belong to people 5 doors down from us. 16 YEARS many trips to post office, having to fit with the city, getting my address changed has not helped.
