Genist Tech — non delivery of goods after receiving payment | |||
This person took nearly 136000 for providing me with the medical equipments but only one part is delivered not even installed after 3- 4 months. Not responding to phone calls by me or my staff. False promises refund. Great lier. Killing lot of time. I have all details and documents. Please bring the fraudster to book as many more people of health industry could be cheated by him. He said he already transferred the refund to my account but no credit even after 7-10 days! Was this information helpful? | |||

The issue has been resolved after a lengthy difficult spell for us. It took nearly 3-4 months time and more than thousand calls. We also had to register complaint with Chandigarh police. Very hectic experience!
