I had ordered one Bluetooth headphone on 15th of november (order id-AB7592748) through askmebazaar.com for the first time.And received the consignment on 24th of november by paying cash on delivery.But when i opened the properly sealed box in front of the courier delivery boy there was not any headphone in the box instead there was a simply data cable and empty box of the ordered headphone. DTDC Courier delivery boy denied to refund the money as he told me to make complaint to the customer care of askmebazaar.com.. i did the same dialing[protected] where i was ensured to get the empty box returned and refund the money to the my account within 13 days they gave me complaint reference no-QRC66725560 and taken my account details.But they did not send me any sms or any other mail confirming the same which i think is not the correct approach...overall this is a very bitter experience with askmebazaar.com and i m not satisfied at all until and unless my complaint is redressed and get my money back...
