Getsethome — fraud pg - refund is not processed for deposit yet.

I have been staying in getsethome for a year till 8 aug in magarpatta, hadapsar, pune.
These people are so fraud that they first don't respond to phone calls if you are an existing tenant and even if they do they don't resolve the issue most of the times. There have been so many complaints against this pg but finally i have vacated this pg on 8 aug and they were supposed to refund my deposit of 2 months but yet i haven't received it and they are not responding me with a valid justification. I have been calling so many people from their organization but they never respond and if by mistake they take my call they tell me to call back and then again they never pick my phone. And then after i vacated the property recently they repaired water purifier and they told me to deduct 500rs from my deposit which so disappointing it's my hard core money i have lost my job and i really need my money back but these people are not understanding anything. If i have left the pg in june and came back to delhi and vacated it on 8 aug why am i responsible for any kind of damange or repair reimbursement afterwards?
I have asked them so many times to go and inspect the pg from the time i am in delhi (6june) and i was worried that they will blame me for any damage happens later on due to someone staying in there. But they did not give any confirmation on it yet and then they will deduct someone money for something else, this is not at all fair.

Updated by manisha knj yes agreed, finally I have received my refund after more than a month, but they have made some deduction which was not supposed to be made, i had paid electricity bill for july and vacated the property in Aug 8th and later on I hear from them that there will be water purifier charges ( 500rs) added to my rent (Screenshot attached), I tried my best to make these ### understand that i am not at all responsible for anything gets damaged in their property if i have vacated it long back, they should have sent someone for inspection in June itself when i requested them but they haven't done it yet and kept my 3000 rs on hold until they visit the property. It should be done on priority..who knows if somebody else uses my washroom's geyser/ or anything from my utilities in my absence and these shameless people ask me to bare those charges. Let's see when they try to move their ### towards the property and refund my 3000rs, not sure if again they will deduct some money for anything with their ### reasons.

Note: They will never ever picks up the phone call from existing tenants if you dial their number make sure you press 1 as a new tenant who wants to join their PG..then your calls will be answered within seconds. In my case I have contacted almost everyone's number but my call has been answered by chance that too by mistake and then it goes the same way with no resolution or answers.
