Getsethome — Taking whole reimbursement amount

I was living through getsethome from 1 and half year in blueridge tower 19/2403.a manager from getsethome called me and told me they are shifting my luggage to tower 3 flat as owner forcing them to vacate the property, I said yes because I am at home town and I can't go there.in monthly rent they are asking me reimbursement extra amount of rs 2000 which I think is unfair.around 20 came over tower 19/2403 and left the property and they charged only 500-800 rs from them.
Because owner charging them amount so they are putting all over it to me.
It was 2bhk property but they made it 3bhk by creating a partition in hall.around 7 people were living there.
In this way they will again ask me reimbursement amount for new flat also when I will leave the property although I am not living there.
