Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] — drain flooded with water, breeding mosquitoes, causing diseases

At anukampa apartments in indrapuram, drain are flooded with water, breeding mosquitoes, causing diseases. Drain near the apartment gate, and outside the apartment gate are giving rise to insects and mosquitoes.
My request to gda, to please get them cleaned immediately, and save residents from health hazards.
This has been observed from last one week, ever since rain started. Date of issue : 10th august... Till today (17th aug. 2019)
