Dear Sir,
This is to bring in your kind notice that in INDIA MOON CITY society located at Ahinsakhand 2, Indirapuram, Near by Shanti Gopal Hospital, Ghaziabad 201014, the topfloor residents are doing unauthorised construction on common roof.
Said Property was buildup without beam and authorised up to 2nd floor only by your good office, also the same has been mentioned on the property documents as well.
Being a ground floor resident, we are very much worried about the safety and overloading of buidings for seeing future aspect.
My humble request you to please take an appropriate action in this matter and issue your office order for stopping/demolishing such unauthorised construction work at earliest.
Note:- Said property/society is about more than 13 years old constructed and not in good condition as well.
