Ghaziabad Development Authority — Pathetic condition of Roads

The newly made roads, connecting Ghaziabad city to Mohan Nagar and onwards till Vaishali, via Hindon bridge, are now in pathetic condtion, comprising of big potholes. Being a civil engineer myself, I fail to understand that howcome such new roads be destroyed after 2 days of consistent rains! that clearly shows that nobody is inspecting the raw material used and proper execution done by the contractors. Everybody is busy making money! How can such construction be approved at all? Eventually, it is the local people who suffer daily because of laxity of some officials, who do not do their work properly. Hoping for some action asap.
