Customer Harassment by SVP Builder has now become a routine practice, irrespective of the fact that the builder has received more than 90% of the payment from its customers. Please find below few tactics being applied by the builder to harass its customers:
1. While booking the flat sample flats were shown from Phase-1 of the project that comprises of 8 floors, whereas in actual 3 new towers recently constructed have 10 floors, Builder do not have permission from any concerned authority.
2. Customer is charged/penalized with 18% interest on any payment delays caused due to Builders loan department, the fact is that builders papers were incomplete that caused delay in sanctioning loan
3. Without completion certificate from GDA, builder has initiated offering possession
4. Even after several written/verbal communications builder do not respond to any of the customer concerns
5. It has been a practice of delaying possession (more than a year) without even mentioning penalty to be paid by builder against delayed possession.
6. No compensation by builder to customer against major design change that too design changed without any prior notice/confirmation. Was this information helpful? |
