Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Non receipt of payment made on line towards demand note as to taxes

Sir, payment of rs. 2332.82 was made on line today on 10.08.2016 morning towards the demand note raised by gnn for the fy[protected] against the pin no mn45626 in the name of shipra goyal. Amount was deducted from the credit card account but no message or receipt of the on line payment made by me was generated by the system. While searching the records on gnn home page, no records are found, payment history is not traceable. Ticket no is also not exhibited. Amount in the challan also remains unchanged even after on line payment

Pl resolve this technical issue at the earliest and the receipt of the financial transaction may pl be uploaded on the system itself so that customer may download it for personal records or alternatively receipt may be forwarded to registered email accounts to avoid inconvenience

There are so many big pot holes in vasundhra ghaziabad and nagar nigam has issued so many road cutting permission since last two years and no restoration work has been done by the ghaziabad nagar nigam...in case of any accident who will be responsible for this??
