GHMC — Application No.CN[protected] inclusion of child name in the birth certificate - not uploaded

sir I applied through AP online for inclusion of child name on 21.04.2015 and the Application No.CN[protected] and may name is Krishna Chaitanya and Ward Locality 3B. Though I have applied on 21.04.2015 and though it is mentioned on the receipt that the application will be uploaded within 6 working days from the requested date, the same was not uploaded till date. As there is every urgency of the certificate to produce before the passport and visa authorities, I request you sir to upload the same immediately.
